Dr. John Vinton’s vision was to create a soothing environment that evoked a sense of calmness and wellness for his patients. It is important to him and his staff that you not only enjoy your visit to the dentist, but look forward to your arrival for many years to come. It is with this vision Dr. Vinton came up with the concept for Soothing Dental. With the overwhelmingly positive reaction that patients have to the lavish treatment they receive, Dr. Vinton is convinced that a dental office with a spa-like environment is the key to encouraging patients to attain the dental care they want and need.

As a family dentist, Dr. Vinton believes that optimal oral health is the result of a trusted partnership between the dentist and patient. With this in mind, he goes the extra mile to make sure patients experience ultimate comfort while they are under his care. Because of Dr. Vinton’s friendly and thoughtful personality, patients feel comfortable asking questions and having conversations about their oral health.

Dr. John Vinton is proud of his hometown roots and looks forward to taking care of his fellow Midlothian neighbors and friends. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry, Dr. Vinton believes strongly in putting the patient’s comfort first while providing world-class dentistry with personal attention. With over 10 years experience and a stellar reputation, rest assured knowing you are in capable hands.

Outside of his passion for dentistry, Dr. Vinton is an avid shuffleboard player and often competes in neighborhood tournaments. When he is not participating in Trivia Night, he enjoys dining at local hotspots, attending city festivals with family, and evening jogs around Dallas with his wife, Chelsea.
